I’m Bella, a freelance illustrator and Live2D animator passionate about bringing characters to life. I focus on designing and animating Vtuber models, and I’ve worked with both individuals and companies. When I’m not working on commissions, I stream art and games on Twitch.

Each model includes a main outfit, one hairstyle, five expressions, a layered PSD ready for rigging, a clean PNG for reveals or assets, and a reference sheet of expressions and poses. You’ll also receive priority for my future commission slots.Extra outfits require a model base (please ask in advance). Commercial rights are included, and payment plans are available on request.

A clean reference sheet made from an already existing design showing your OC from 3 angles (front, back, side). Extras like props, accessories, pets, expressions, or close-ups can be added.
Note: Both services are lightly rendered, keeping the emphasis on the character’s design and ensuring the colors remain clear and easy to read.

terms of service
General
You must be 18+ to commission me.
Please provide clear references, notes, and any details you want included before I start.
I may decline projects if they don’t fit my style, workload, or comfort zone.
Harassment, rude behavior, or spamming messages will result in termination of the commission without refund.
What I Will / Won’t Draw
✔ Human characters, OC designs, cute or cool aesthetics, light fantasy elements, animals (horses, cats etc.)
✘ Loli/shota, mecha, furry, excessive gore, AI/NFT-related work
Payment
Prices are in EUR. Payment via Stripe or PayPal invoice only!
50% deposit required to begin, 50% before delivery of final files in case of a payment plan.
All payments are final. By commissioning me, you agree not to request chargebacks. Any chargeback will void your rights to the work, and you will be blacklisted from future commissions.
Process & Timeline
Depending on complexity and my queue, turnaround can be anywhere from 1 to 6 months.
Updates will be shared at key stages (sketch, line, color, rigging check if applicable).
Please plan model debuts or launches with buffer time. I don’t guarantee “release-day deadlines” without a rush fee.
Rush Orders
Rush fees apply for projects with tight deadlines (+15–75% depending on time). For example a 2 week deadline may be +50%, while a 3-day deadline may be +75%.
Please discuss deadlines with me before commissioning.
Revisions
One major revision is included at each stage (sketch/lineart).
Small adjustments are fine, but large changes outside the scope may cost extra.
After final approval, only small fixes will be made.
Delivery
Files are delivered digitally (PNG/PSD for art, ready-to-use files for rigs).
Keep backups!! Once delivered, I am not responsible for file loss.
Rights & Usage
I retain copyright and the right to post work in my portfolio/socials.
Do not edit, alter, or recolor my work without permission, except for minor adjustments like cropping or resizing for icons. Please credit me (@beyumi) whenever the artwork is posted publicly.
Personal use includes things like icons, banners, overlays, and posting online with proper credit.
Commercial Rights: +100% fee for individuals, +200% fee for companies. This includes use in monetized projects, promotional material, merchandise, VTuber assets, or any situation where you earn money using the art.
Redistribution, resale, AI training, NFTs, or blockchain use is strictly forbidden.
Cancellation & Refunds
Before work starts: full refund available.
After sketching begins: partial refund available (70%).
After lineart/coloring: no refunds.
If I must cancel due to personal reasons, you’ll get a full or partial refund depending on progress.
